At CHANDOK FLAMEGUARD INDUSTRIES, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.

7-Day Return & 10-Day Exchange Policy

We offer:

  • Returns: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

Your product will be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The return request is raised within the applicable return period.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, tags, invoices, and packaging.
  • The original box, seal, stickers, and brand labels must be intact.
  • The product should not show any signs of installation, usage, scratches, dents, or physical damage.
  • The item must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

Please record a clear video showing:

  • The shipping package before opening.
  • The shipping label.
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • The product and all accessories received.

Claims regarding missing items, damaged products, incorrect products, or defective items without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted for genuine reasons, including:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
  • Product received in non-working condition.
  • Incorrect size or specification delivered due to our error.

We reserve the right to inspect every returned product before approving the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  • Used or installed products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items with missing accessories, labels, seals, or manuals.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or products that cannot legally be resold after opening.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product must meet all return eligibility conditions.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose another product by paying or receiving the price difference.

Inspection Process

After receiving your returned product, our quality inspection team will verify:

  • Original packaging
  • Box and seals
  • Labels and tags
  • Accessories
  • Reason for return

If the product passes inspection, your return or exchange will be approved.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 4–5 working days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item
  • Missing accessories

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the unboxing video so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy after delivery.
