Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products across India through trusted courier partners.

For bulk, commercial, or industrial orders, we may use specialized transport services to ensure safe delivery.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Tracking Link (where applicable)

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

CHANDOK FLAMEGUARD INDUSTRIES is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items may require the unboxing video for verification.


Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues
  • High order volume

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Missing Product
  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Photos
  • Unboxing Video

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

Orders returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Delivery refusal

may require additional shipping charges before being shipped again.
